The inside seatback, its seat, the padded armrests, and its lateral sides are upholstered with embossed, brown, full grain leather. The reverse seatback, the lower front of the chair, and the front of the armrests are upholstered with embossed, green, full grain leather. The leather is precision-tacked to the solid wood frame with decorative gilt nails. Also, the upholstery is double stitched together for extra strength and durability.
