The crest is adorned with a hand carved, bull head with horns, and the bull head is surrounded by a twist rope design. The front of the curved headboard has two, padded panels, and each panel is covered with patterned cowhide. The panels are divided by a solid wood upright, and hand forged, iron conchos are intermittently hand tacked to the border of each panel. The headboard is framed on each side by scroll, solid wood uprights, and each upright has a top, hand forged, iron ring, with hand forged, iron conchos below.
