It features a chest with solid wood construction, and it has a rounded top that opens. The top is attached to the frame with wrought iron hinges, and it is upholstered with brown and patterned, full grain leather in a western design. Centered in the top is a hand sewn, colonial style cross. The leather is precision tacked to the base of the top with decorative silver nails. The design of the two leathers is continued on its front, and the front is also adorned with a forged iron latch. The sides of the chest are upholstered in brown, full grain leather, and each side has a wrought iron handle. The lower base of the chest is enriched with decorative silver nails of varying sizes. Each side of the base has a curved apron, and the apron is adorned with copper conchos of varying sizes.
