This spectacular handcrafted ottoman features a centered, turned, solid wood post. The lower part of the post is padded and upholstered with rich, full grain leather. The leather is embellished with a wonderful, button tufted design. The post is also adorned with carved floral details and a turned finial. The ottoman has a wide, padded, circular seat, and the top of the seat is upholstered with dark, full grain leather. The sides of the seat are upholstered with hair on hide cowhide, and the cowhide is enhanced with precision tacked, gilt nails. It rest on a magnificent, solid wood base, and the base is enriched with exquisite, carved scroll designs and a carved, twist rope design.
