Leather upholstery will naturally age, and as it ages it will acquire a lovely patina. Patina adds richness, depth and smoothness, and in time, your leather upholstery will become more interesting. The seat cushion, the inside seat back, and the armrest of this handcrafted chair are upholstered with dark, brown full grain leather. The reverse seat back and the exterior sides of the chair are upholstered with patterned, fine fabric. The upholstery is precision hand tacked to the entire wood frame with decorative nails. Additionally, the leather upholstery is double stitched for extra strength and durability. The armrest of this custom chair are hand carved with scroll designs and are accompanied with solid wood, vertical uprights. The beautifully finished, lower wood base is decorated with hand forged iron conchos.
The chair has straight legs in the front and splayed legs in the back, joined by hand turned crossbars on the sides and a simple crossbar in the back. For extra mobility, the chair rest on caster wheels. It is 100% customizable.
